The terms for ordering online from Rockhampton Bakehouse & Café.

Ordering

Orders are for dine in or pick up at 3/315 Farm Street, Norman Gardens, QLD 4701, at the date and time you choose at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you see the confirmation page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken online at checkout. 15% surcharge on public holidays will apply.

Products

Our food is made fresh, so appearance may vary slightly from photos. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs in the order notes or by phone before ordering.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself in My Orders up to 12 hours before your pick-up or dine-in time, as long as we haven't started preparing it. You'll receive a full refund to the card you paid with (usually within 5–10 business days). After that, or to change an order, call us on (07) 4926 8900.
