How Rockhampton Bakehouse & Café handles the information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, mobile number and email address, your order details, chosen date and time, and any notes you add.
- Your account: if you create one, your name, email address and (optionally) mobile number, so we can sign you in with a one-time code and fill in checkout for you. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Your browser: your cart and dine in / pick up choice are stored on your own device so they're remembered between visits. If you sign in, a secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare your order, contact you about it, and send your receipt. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send news and offers — you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
